Maybury Material Handling is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our Parts Department. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing returns, and supporting our service operations. Key Responsibilities

• Verify all outgoing parts and consignment orders for accuracy.
• Conduct daily cycle counts as well as annual inventories of service vans and Maybury parts stock.
• Analyze inventory reports and recommend adjustments to optimize stock levels.
• Create and manage new service van inventories and process returns.
• Maintain accurate part descriptions, locations, and labeling systems.
• Monitor and replenish shipping supplies.
• Respond to inquiries regarding inventory and investigate discrepancies.
• Process vendor returns and coordinate battery core returns.
• Identify and manage obsolete, scrap, and used parts inventory.
• Assist with receiving and storing incoming shipments within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with shippers and internal teams to resolve issues with received parts.
• Support recycling and disposal efforts for outdated materials.
• Install consignment cabinets at customer sites and provide usage training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in inventory control or parts management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
